Include the page URL, the Sitepeel tool you used, and your browser and extension versions. Describe the steps, what you expected and what happened instead. For a visual issue, email a screenshot with private details removed. Our [tool guides](https://sitepeel.dev/guides/) explain supported exports and common limitations.

### Account access or payment help

Use the email linked to your Sitepeel account. For a purchase issue, include the Dodo order or payment ID from your receipt. You can check access in , or choose Forgot password on the . Never send passwords, verification codes, card numbers or API keys.
