## Version and availability

This guide covers Sitepeel 1.0.3. Preview 1.0.3 here. Browser-store availability may vary while the update rolls out. The website demo lets you try the updated tools on public Sitepeel pages without an account.

## 13 tools, with responsive previews alongside your inspection tools

Responsive viewer joins the existing 12 tools. Open the page in phone, tablet and desktop viewports, compare wrapping and spacing, and add the sizes that matter to your project. You can switch presets from each device header without opening a separate setup screen.

Choose a grid, horizontal row, vertical stack or free canvas. On the free canvas, drag device headers to place comparisons where you need them. Use the scale slider to fit more previews into your workspace. Scaling the preview changes its display size; changing the viewport changes the layout being tested.

## Capture the right area, then finish the image

Screenshot now offers Visible area, Full page, Snip & capture and Pick an element. Full-page capture can scroll through the page first to load lazy images and reveal animated sections. Progress messages tell you what is happening, and Escape cancels a capture.

Captures open in the editor by default. Adjust crop handles, add text and arrows, mark an area, or hide a detail with blur. Add a browser frame and choose a wallpaper, gradient or solid background. Export PNG, JPG, WebP or PDF, or copy the image. If your workflow only needs the original file, choose direct download in Capture settings.

## One dashboard for your workspace

The small dashboard button beside the profile button opens settings for capture, history, the dock and sidebar, responsive defaults and optional AI. Arrange tools in the order you use them, hide ones you do not need and choose a sidebar on either side of the page.

The minimized tools sit at the side of the window so you can reopen them without a large floating box. On a narrow screen, scroll through the tools instead of squeezing their labels. Settings help you adapt the workspace to the page you are reviewing.

## Design MD and the tools you already use

Design MD brings colors, type and spacing into a visual design reference with Markdown export. Keep using the element picker, page cloning, design prompts, asset and color extraction, font tools, measurements, text editing and layout editing alongside the new workflow.

A useful handoff can now contain three things: a Design MD reference, an annotated screenshot showing the decision, and a comparison of the same page at several widths. Review each output before using it in a project.

## Check the installed version before following a new workflow

Open your browser’s extensions manager, find Sitepeel and check its version. Browser stores can make an update available at different times. If the new controls are missing, check the store listing and allow the extension to update, then reload the website you are inspecting.

Existing lifetime access includes updates. Sign in with the same Sitepeel account when the extension asks for access. You do not need to buy the update separately. If a control still behaves differently, send support the browser, extension version and the page where it happened.
