## Using Sitepeel

These terms apply to the Sitepeel extension, website tools, and account services at sitepeel.dev. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the [Privacy Policy](https://sitepeel.dev/privacy). Questions can be sent to [support@sitepeel.dev](mailto:support@sitepeel.dev).

## Your account

Use a Google account or permanent email address that you control. Keep your login details secure and verify your email when required. Access belongs to that Sitepeel account; signing in with a different email address does not transfer a purchase. Do not sell, share, or resell your account access or attempt to bypass licensing or usage controls.

## The 24-hour trial

The trial begins the first time you use a Sitepeel tool in the extension that needs it, after signing in. Creating an account on the website does not start it. It runs for 24 consecutive hours, including time when you are not using Sitepeel. No card is required and the trial does not automatically charge you. The server records one trial per account. Clearing browser storage, reinstalling the extension, or changing your device does not restart that account’s trial.

## Lifetime access

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase at the current price shown on our [pricing section](https://sitepeel.dev/extension/#pricing) and confirmed at checkout. The launch offer is limited to the first 100 paying customers across all regions; the price increases automatically when the offer ends. The counter reflects verified purchases, excluding failed, test and refunded payments. Regional pricing is available for customers located in India with an Indian billing address, and lower prices may be offered in other selected countries. The server determines regional eligibility from your location; checkout currency and country are fixed for a regional offer. The India price includes GST and other regional prices include tax. Applicable taxes on the global USD price are added at checkout. Lifetime access provides access to the Sitepeel product while that product is operated and supported; it is not a promise that every external website, browser, or AI provider will remain compatible forever. There is no recurring Sitepeel subscription. Optional third-party AI usage and services are not included in this price.

## Payments and refunds

Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record for checkout and receipts. Access is activated after the payment is verified and is linked to the Sitepeel account used to start checkout. Our [Refund Policy](https://sitepeel.dev/refunds) provides no voluntary refunds after purchase, subject to statutory rights and Dodo Payments’ applicable terms. Refunded or disputed payments may result in suspended or revoked lifetime access.

## Your responsibility for extracted material

Use Sitepeel only on pages and materials you are authorized to inspect, process, or reuse. An export does not transfer ownership or grant a license to a website’s images, fonts, videos, copy, code, trademarks, or other materials. Respect third-party rights, licenses, privacy, and applicable website terms. Sitepeel does not authorize impersonation, fabricated endorsements, or unauthorized access to private content.

## What the tools can and cannot do

Exports reflect the rendered page and the information accessible to your browser. They do not include another application’s server, database, authentication system, or every interaction. Cross-origin restrictions, canvas graphics, lazy-loaded content, browser protections, and third-party changes can affect results. Generated prompts and AI output need your review; an exact visual or functional reproduction is not guaranteed.

## Availability and fair use

An internet connection is required for account verification and cloud generation. We may apply reasonable rate limits to protect the service against abuse and excessive automated use. Do not overload the service, probe accounts you do not own, interfere with other users, or use stolen payment credentials. We may suspend access for abuse or security concerns and provide a support route to resolve mistakes.

## Ownership and third-party software

Sitepeel and its original software remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party open-source components are governed by their own licenses and notices included with the software. These terms do not remove rights granted by those licenses.

## Liability and consumer rights

Sitepeel is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing exports and keeping backups before relying on them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

## Changes and contact
