How we measured

We opened each brand's public page in a real browser on November 4, 2026 and ran Sitepeel's tech stack checker on it, one page per brand, usually the home page. It reads the page's code, files, response headers and cookie names. We counted finds it rated high or medium; 10 of 2264 were medium.

  • The library has 193 brands. pinterest.com and readymag.com turned our page reader away, so they have no data and the sample is 191
  • The library leans toward tech companies, so these shares are not the whole web
  • Only what a public page shows: back ends, databases and private apps stay invisible
  • A site can use several tools in one group, so shares add up to more than 100%
  • We keep up to 24 finds per brand; 3 sites reached that, so a rare tag could be missing there
  • An independent measurement, not a statement from any brand
